To shop at www.lovelylinen.se and www.lovelylinen.com, you must be at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to cancel orders from individuals who have provided incorrect personal information and/or have payment issues.
Information and price details are provided with a disclaimer for potential typographical errors and any incorrectly stated technical specifications.
All prices include VAT for orders delivered within Sweden/EU. For orders delivered outside the EU, all prices will be adjusted and shown at checkout without VAT. This is because customers outside the EU are not required to pay Swedish VAT.
However, additional fees may apply when goods are imported. Read more in section 7.
1. Delivery Time
The delivery time is usually 1–3 or 10–14 business days from the order date. The shorter delivery time applies to products we have in stock. Products that are out of stock may take an additional few days to deliver. If the products you wish to order have different delivery times and you want the items with shorter delivery times first, you should place two separate orders.
In the event of a delivery delay, you will be notified via email 7 days after the purchase. If there is a delivery delay, you have the right to cancel the purchase. We reserve the right for sold-out items and any price errors.
2. Confirmation
When we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation via email as soon as possible with information about your order. It’s a good idea to save this email for reference in case you need to contact customer service.
3. Payment
If you have made a payment and properly cancel your purchase, we will refund the amount within 10 days from the day we receive your return.
3.1 Prepayment
No invoice fee. We will send you a PDF invoice to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. The invoice must be paid in advance. Your order will be shipped once the payment is credited to our bank account.
3.2 PayPal
You can choose to pay with your PayPal account or with your card via PayPal without needing a PayPal account.
3.3 Klarna Checkout
Klarna Checkout makes online shopping easy, flexible, and secure. By answering a few questions, you can identify yourself easily and choose the payment method that suits you best. One advantage of Klarna Checkout is that we separate purchase and payment. First, you confirm your purchase, and then you choose how you want to pay – either with Klarna Invoice, Klarna Account, card, or bank transfer. All options are equally secure.
3.4 Swish
An easy payment option – simply enter your phone number, open the Swish app on your phone, and approve the payment using your Mobile BankID.
3.5 Payson Card Payment
Enter your card details to complete the purchase. Identification via BankID or another app may be required.
4. Shipping & Transport
4.1 Within Sweden
If the item is damaged or lost during transport, Kardelen AB is responsible. Contact customer service immediately for the fastest service, but no later than within a reasonable time if you were unable to report the issue upon delivery. If we receive a package returned unclaimed, we reserve the right to charge you for all costs associated with such a return, currently SEK 150.
4.1.1 PostNord MyPack Collect
A shipping cost of SEK 69 per order applies, regardless of the number of items in the order or if it is split into multiple shipments by Kardelen AB / Lovely Linen. This applies to orders where the total value does not exceed SEK 1000 including VAT. Orders over SEK 1000 including VAT are shipped free of charge. The items are shipped with PostNord, and you can collect your order at your nearest service point.
4.1.2 PostNord MyPack Home
A shipping cost of SEK 99 per order applies, regardless of the total value, the number of items, or if it is split into multiple shipments by Kardelen AB / Lovely Linen. The items are shipped with PostNord and delivered to your home according to PostNord’s home delivery procedures.
4.1.3 DHL
Free delivery to your nearest service point, regardless of order value.
4.2 Within the EU
All orders within the EU are shipped with UPS or DHL. A shipping cost of SEK 100 / EUR 10 per order applies, regardless of the number of items or the total value. If the item is damaged or lost during transport, Kardelen AB / Lovely Linen is responsible. Contact customer service immediately for the fastest service, but no later than within a reasonable time if you were unable to report the issue upon delivery.
4.3 Outside the EU / Worldwide
All orders outside the EU are shipped with UPS. A shipping cost, as stated at checkout, applies regardless of the number of items or the total value. If the item is damaged or lost during transport, Kardelen AB / Lovely Linen is responsible. Contact customer service immediately for the fastest service, but no later than within a reasonable time if you were unable to report the issue upon delivery.
5. Right of Withdrawal
As a customer of Kardelen AB / Lovely Linen, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 30 days from the day you received the item, or a significant part of it. The right of withdrawal only applies if the item is in substantially unchanged condition. Notification of a return must be sent to our customer service via the contact form on the website no later than 30 days from receiving the item. Always contact our customer service before returning an item.
To expedite the process, please provide the following information when contacting customer service:
- Order number
- Names of the products you wish to return
The returned item must be in substantially unchanged condition. It should be well-packaged, preferably in its original packaging with internal packing material. Transport damage due to insufficient packaging will be charged to you as the customer. Please include a reason for the return and return the item along with the delivery note (or a copy of it), as this speeds up the handling of your return.
To return the item, contact our customer service, and you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed.
6. Faulty Items
6.1 Faulty Delivery
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact customer service immediately for the fastest service, but no later than within a reasonable time if you were unable to inspect the item upon delivery. We will process your complaint and provide return instructions. Return the item in the condition it was received, along with a damage or fault report, and you will receive a correct item in exchange. For consumer sales, Kardelen AB / Lovely Linen is obligated under the Consumer Purchases Act to remedy the fault or make a replacement if it can be done without unreasonable cost or inconvenience for Kardelen AB / Lovely Linen. Kardelen AB / Lovely Linen also reserves the right to remedy the fault at its expense, such as by repair or replacement.
6.2 Complaints
Notification of a fault in an item must be made within a reasonable time from when you discovered or should have discovered the fault. Complaints are not accepted under any circumstances after 3 years. Only the original purchaser can make a complaint to Kardelen AB / Lovely Linen. If you made a purchase from one of Kardelen AB / Lovely Linen's resellers, always contact the reseller for assistance.
7. Possible Additional Costs for Customers Outside the EU
Customers outside the European Union may incur additional costs such as customs fees or other taxes when the goods are imported. These customers do not pay VAT in Sweden. Currently, Lovely Linen / Kardelen AB cannot determine how much such customs fees will cost. We recommend contacting local authorities for more information before making a purchase.
8. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, Kardelen AB / Lovely Linen will follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden).
